The dashboard is the first page you will see when you log into your Kevy account.
The dashboard shows you an overview of orders, average order value, top campaigns, visitors, identified contacts, revenue, and revenue linked to Kevy.
You may view the data under the 'Overview' heading for today, this week, last week, this month, last month, this year, last year, or all time by using the dropdown in the upper righthand corner.
The order, shopping cart, visitor and contact data at the top of the page update to reflect the values for the selected timeframe.
After Dashboard comes the Campaigns section. Campaigns tie together all of your marketing efforts in Kevy. Each campaign’s unique Campaign ID reflects revenue gained from emails, triggers, and offers sent through Kevy.
Campaigns will function as your over-arching strategy using every feature within Kevy. Your campaigns will help determine which features you want to use, and what audience you want to receive each message.
You can find the Campaigns tab on the left. This view shows you all of your Campaigns you’ve created, associated revenue, and average order value.
The Send Center keeps track of all emails and campaigns sent through your Kevy account. Status reports from sends, opens, clicks, revenue, date/time are held here. You can find the Send Center tab on the left.
Email templates allow you to create text and HTML email designs, and store them for future use. You can use email templates for your mass email sends, autoresponders, or pop-up offer follow-ups.
The features of the Email Template include the ability to:
- Create variable tags – etc. with screenshot
- Add images
- Source – copy and paste – HTML from another template
- Add hyperlinks
- Include unsubscribe and Preference Center options
Kevy is everything you need for smooth procedures and processes on the technical side of marketing automation. Offers, Triggers, and Form Handlers are managed here.
Offers allow you to store as well as create coupon codes and offers that can be attached to campaigns. Offers can be provided a duration and tracked from those who claimed the promos.
Form handlers enable you to send data from your existing online web forms back into Kevy. This gives you control to design your forms to reflect your website, but still pass the submission information back into the Kevy platform.
Triggers enable you send one-to-one messages based on the actions your customers take on your webstore.
Segmentation is exactly what it sounds like - dividing your list of contacts into smaller segments based on demographic or behavioral data. You can then use these lists to send highly targeted email campaigns to the right audience.
Segmentation is divided into Contacts and Lists.
In this tab, you will be able to see which products are performing best on your site. You can sort by brands, categories, products and product variants to view reports on your merchandise.
The Analytics tab is where you will find customer order history and related data, in-depth shopping cart information (abandoned and completed) and information on identified visitors. The sub-sections for Analytics are reports, orders, shopping carts, and visitors.
Reports house a variety of reports based on products, orders, visitors and shopping carts. Each report is highly interactive so you can customize the data you wish to view.
Orders allow you to see your current orders in real time. You can view the order number, contact, price and date/time.
Shopping carts show in-depth shopping cart information. It shows cart value, cart ID, order number, contact, and cart status.
Visitors is where you can view all identified visitors on your site. By clicking on the visitor's name you can see their activity, associated lists, triggered emails received, order history, shopping carts created and/or abandoned and pages viewed.
The Kevy Admin is where you can control account details, users, and user permissions. Admin handles accounts, images, imports, preference centers, stores, users, and custom fields.
