Kevy offers a variety of pre-designed templates for you to use to create your emails. You also have the option of adding your own templates to the library.

To create an email template click on 'Email Templates' under 'Marketing'. From here, click the green 'Create Email Template' button.

You will then be prompted to name your template, and choose either the drag'n drop editor or the classic editor to build the email template.  Choose the classic editor if you are well versed in HTML, or if you have existing HTML code that you would like to copy and paste.  Otherwise, select the intuitive and easy to use drag'n drop editor.

Once you have saved the name of your template, the template design page will automatically load.

To finish creating your template, simply follow the wizard.
        a. Step 1 – Template. To begin, select one of our pre-built Email Templates.  You may also upload any personal templates that you want to continue using by copying and pasting the HTML code into the code view section (</> Source) under 'Design' (if you are using the classic editor).  When you are ready to move on, click Next at the top.
        b. Step 2 – Design. You can customize any aspect of the template you select.  When you are ready to move on, click Next at the top.
        c. Step 3 – Preview.  Here you can preview the Template and Design.  When you are ready to move on, click Next at the top.

    d. Step 4 – Setup. Here, you will specify the name of the Email Template, who the email is sent from and sent to, and the content of the subject line.  Note that you may also specify a reply-to email address that is different from the sent-from email address, if so desired.

    Save and Exit when complete.

Your email templates can be used by triggers and offers. Be sure that set-up is complete before attempting to use them in any trigger or offer.
