Go to 'Automation' section in the sidebar navigation and select 'Triggers' from the drop down.
Click the green 'Create Workflow' button on the right hand corner.
Choose from the preset work flows or you can customize.
A pop-up window will appear. Type in the name the Workflow and choose the campaign name it should be associated with then click save.
You will then be routed to a screen where you make necessary changes.Under 'Basic Info', you will see the name of the campaign which you already set.
The 'Audience' tab is where you can select if you want to stop emails from contacts that no longer match the rules or add any rules that you want. You can also add as many actions as you want for contacts that meet this rules.
If you want to send an email, add the action and select an email that you previously built and saved. You can choose to send this to your contacts immediately or after waiting. Once you're set, click confirm, then save and activate.
